Shipping Method
We ship via UPS (United Postal Service) and USPS (United State Postal Service). Please allow up to 10 business days AFTER estimated shipping time frames listed below.
How long will it take for me to receive my merchandise?
Every category of merchandise has a different processing time frame. Please read Processing Time Frames below carefully. Please allow up to 10 business days within the United States for delivery AFTER the estimated production/processing time frames listed below. Our offices do not ship on weekends.
NORMAL Proccessing Time Frames as Follows:
Special Order Wedding Gowns: up to 18 weeks (4.5 months)
Special Order Bridesmaid, Mothers and flower girl dresses: up to 11 weeks
Featured Dresses (Used Sample gowns): within 7 business Days
Veils, headpieces, hair jewelry; up to 6-8 weeks
Jewelry: up to 4-6 weeks
Wedding Accessories: up to 4-6 weeks
Lingerie items: up to 3-6 weeks
Party & Gift items: up to 3-5
All in stock items: within 7 business days
Gift Certificates: within 7 business days
Rush Proccessing Time frames as follows:
All rush proccessing incur seperate rush fees per item requesting a rush! Please see product descriptions while shopping for specific additional fees.
Special Order Wedding Gowns: up to 15 weeks, additional fee varies +$65 to
$200+/-
Special Order Bridesmaid, Mothers and flower girl dresses: up to 9 weeks,
additional +$40 per dress
Veils, headpieces, hair jewelry; up to 4 weeks, additional +$15
Jewelry: up to 4 weeks, additional +$15
Wedding Accessories: up to 4 weeks, additional +$15

Processing Time Frames
Your entire order will be shipped out together at time of the latest processing date on your on order. You may pay for seperate shipping if you wish your order to be broken up and shipped in partial shipment instead of waiting untill the last item is ready. If your total original order over $100 qualifies for free shipping, then the last item to be shipped out will receive the free shipping. You must indicate this request on your final order notes at time of order. Changes cannot be made thereafter.
(Example A: You order 1 wedding gown, 1 Bridesmaid dress, and 1 pair of shoes... your entire order containing all 3 items will be shipped out from our location within your wedding gown's 18 week processing completion. Example B: If you wish for your bridesmaid dress and shoes to be mailed as soon as your bridesmaid dress 11 week processing is complete, then you must pay for this packages' shipping and indicate on your final order notes that you wish for these 2 item to be partially shipped at completion. Your wedding gown will be shipped free when ready.)
Shipping Fees
Receive Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more shipping within the U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawiai.) Offer does not apply on orders in which other offers or discounts apply.
International Mail
Any taxes or duties assessed by customs on International orders will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. Stylebug.com is not responsible for delays in customs or additional charges that may billed.
Return Policies
We will be happy to accept returns within 10 days of receipt of most items. After inspection department verifies that the item it in resellable condition, an even exchange or store credit to StyleBug.com will be issued. Items cannot be returned if worn, altered, washed, damaged, tags are removed, missing, or outside of its original packaging. Items must be in thier original packaging free of tears or shippping labels. All returns must be accompanied with it's original receipts. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recomend that you purchase tracking and insurance on return packages. This will provide you with proof of shipment and delivery if your package should be lost or damaged with your carrier you utilize with your return package.

Cancelations or changes to any existing order can not be made once submitted. Please make your final selection carefully.

Exchanges
Our items sell out very quickly and we do not often carry large quantities of merchandise. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and state what it is you would like to exchange.
